Our flexible, on-demand delivery and customer support services ensure furniture arrives on time in perfect condition. When something goes wrong, we go the extra mile to quickly resolve the issue.
We follow all CDC guidelines to keep your customers safe. Our protocols include no-contact delivery, wearing face masks and gloves at all times, sanitizing trucks and equipment and frequent handwashing / sanitizing.
Logistics: Routing and Scheduling
Delivery: Choose from same day (within the defined delivery area) and a la carte (outside of the defined delivery area)
Recovery Service: In the event, a truck breaks down, we will send an empty truck and/or recovery team to complete delivery.
Shadow Service: If an item is missing, our team will bring it to the delivery truck or directly to the customer during the delivery window.
White-Glove Service: Our team will deliver items to a designated area: curbside, threshold, or in-home.
Removal and Disposal: When possible, old furniture that we remove from a customer’s home is donated.
Travel Team: Need a high volume of deliveries made during a short period of time in a defined area? We’ve got you.
Customer Service: Leave delivery confirmations and all follow-up inquiries to us.
Resolution Team: We will work directly with the customer to provide resolutions for any delivery issues. In special cases, we may escalate to showroom management; in that case, we follow up to ensure the issue was resolved.
Property Damage Claim Department: Our professional technicians will resolve any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Repair: When a piece of furniture arrives broken, our service tech team can attempt to repair it.
Showroom Setup: Have a new line of furniture set to arrive? We’ll help you assemble it and arrange the showroom.
Service Tech: If an item requires repair, the dedicated professionals with our in-house service tech team can handle it.
Staffing: We can supply you with fully trained, customer-oriented sales professionals to handle deliveries, relocate inventory, support your showroom floor, and tackle any issues that may arise. Visit our staffing website for more information.
